Leah Sarris is the Director of The Goldring Center for Culinary Medicine programme at Tulane University. She is the first chef employed full time by a medical school. Among the founders of The International Society of Neurogastronomy (ISN), she obtained her degree in Food and Nutrition from the prestigious Johnson & Wales University.
