Chef and co-owner of El Bulli restaurant until 2011. There, he incorporated techniques from science to cuisine, such as spherification, deconstruction and foams. This approach combined with the documentation of a vast creation of dishes, granted him great influence over the cuisine and work of the chefs. Today, with elBulli Foundation, he focuses on projects outside the kitchen, like Bullipedia.
