Scientist with a master's degree in bioengineering and intellectual property rights. He has worked as a researcher and development manager in various food companies. He has also offered consultancy in innovation processes at various international companies. Along with Peter Coucquyt, in 2006, he presented the Foodpairing project. In 2009, he founded the company Sense for Taste in Belgium, which conducts food research with the aim of developing methodologies to support chefs in the creative field and to create tools for the food industry to develop more efficient products.
